Vouchers - questions and answers
Vouchers, if offered in the store, can be purchased like normal items. Once you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear under your shopping cart. Now you can use the link " send voucher " to send the desired amount by e-mail.
How to send vouchers
To send a voucher, please click on the link "Send voucher" in your shopping cart. To send a voucher, we need the following information from you: First and last name of the recipient. A valid e-mail address of the recipient. The desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit). A short message to the recipient. Please double check your information before sending. You have the possibility to correct your information at any time before sending.
Shopping with vouchers.
Once you have credit, you can use it to pay for your order. During the order process you have the possibility to redeem your credit. If the credit is less than the value of the goods you must choose your preferred method of payment for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of goods, the remaining credit is of course available for your next order.
If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can book the amount as follows:
1. click on the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not have a personal customer account yet, you have the possibility to open one.
2. after you put a product into the shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code there.
In case of problems:
If, contrary to expectations, there should be problems with a voucher, please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please describe the problem as detailed as possible, important details are among others: Your customer number, the voucher code, error messages of the system as well as the browser you are using (e.g. "Internet Explorer 6" or "Firefox 1.5").
